我局目前有35岁以下的青年知识分子2135名,他产的精神风貌、工作状况和技术业务水平如何,不但影响着企业的现状,而且将直接影响着企业的未来。我局前几年在落实知识分子政策中做了大量的、富有成效的工作,切实做到了政治上一视同仁,工作上放手使用,生活上关心照顾,为知识分子解决了大量与切身利益有关的问题,从而调动了他们的积极性,为企业的振兴和发展做出了突出的贡献,涌现出扎根新线基层一辈子
