今年,十二届全国人大一次会议召开记者会时,全国政协副主席、科学技术部部长万钢接受记者提问时说过,产业结构的调整是治理空气污染的一个重要方面,其中就包括汽车技术的发展,推广电动汽车等。未来中国的新能源汽车发展时,仍会以公交电动车为主。目前,中国公交电动车的产业竞争力和运作模式领先全球。到2012年12月,全国有27800多辆新能源汽车,其中80%是公交车。为解决城市交通问题,就要率先解决城市内的公交问题,因为一辆公交车抵得上40辆小轿车。因此,今后新能源汽车仍将以公交推广为主。
