利用卫生Ⅷ项目基线调查数据库，对 １９９８ 年安徽省贫困地区 ４ 县 ２０ 个抽样乡 ４２２ 个行政村的 ３８６ 个村卫生室建设状况进行了分县和汇总分析。结果表明：调查地区当年农村行政村卫生室覆盖率为 ９１４７％ ，每千人口拥有乡村医生 １．７９ 人；村卫生室性质 ４４．９１％ 为集体办，３０．２８％ 为联合办，２４．０２％ 为个体办；平均每个村卫生室拥有卫生人员 ３．０７ 人，每名人员平均服务人口 ５５６ 人；５２３０％ 的村卫生室有女医生，女性卫生人员占村级人员总数的 ２０．０８％ ；村卫生室人员中具有乡村医生证的比例占２３．２０％ ；具有中专及以上学历的占 ２３．１０％ ；３５ 岁以下卫生人员中无学历比例达 ７１．７１％ ；６６．４０％ 村卫生室设在村医家中，２５．９８％ 村卫生室设在村分配的房子中；村卫生室平均拥有业务用房 ２．６７ 间，建筑面积 ４５．２０ 平方米；拥有专业设备消毒锅 ０．７８ 台件，体重秤 ０．１７ 台件；拥有西药１０５．８９ 种，中药 ２７．３９ 种；药品主要来源为医药公司占 ７５．３３％ ，来自乡卫生院的占 ２０．４７％ ；村卫生室年门诊量平均２６４０．００ 人次，每名卫生人员日门诊 ２．３９ 人次；承担预防接种、孕产妇保
Based on the baseline survey database of the Health VIII project, a total of 386 village clinics in 20 sampled villages and 422 administrative villages in 4 counties in poverty-stricken areas of Anhui Province in 1998 were collected and analyzed. The results showed that the coverage rate of rural health village clinics in the surveyed area was 91.47%. There were 1.79 rural doctors per 1,000 population; 44.91% of the village clinics were collectively-owned, and 30.28% were joint offices. 24.02% are self-employed; on average, there are 3.07 health workers in each village clinic, with an average serving population of 556 persons per person; 5230% of village clinics have female doctors; female health personnel account for village-level personnel 20.08% of the total; 23.20% of village clinic staff have rural doctor’s certificate; 23.10% have secondary school education and above; and 71.71 have no education among 35-year-old health personnel. %; 66.40% of the village clinics are located in village doctors’ houses, and 25.98% of the village clinics are located in the houses allocated by the village; the village clinics have an average of 2.67 business houses with a floor area of 45.20 square meters.
