随着医学模式由生物医学模式向生物——心理——社会医学模式转变,医院工作重点由“以医疗为中心”转向“以病人为中心”;随着社会经济的发展、科学技术的进步和人类对自身认识的深化,人们对医疗服务的要求更高了;随着公众法律意识和维权意识的增强,将医院送上法庭的个案日渐增多,这些都对医院的职业道德建设提出了新的要求.如何根据变化了的实际加强医院的职业道德建设,更好为人民的健康事业服务,正是本文所要探讨的.
With the transformation of the medical model from the biomedical model to the biological-psychological-social medical model, the focus of hospital work has shifted from “medical-centered” to “patient-centered”; along with socio-economic development, scientific and technological progress, and With the deepening of people’s understanding of themselves, people’s demands for medical services are higher. With the increase in public awareness of legal issues and awareness of rights protection, the number of cases in which hospitals are brought to court has increased, and these have raised new ideas for the construction of hospital’s professional ethics. Requirement: How to strengthen the hospital’s professional ethics construction in accordance with the changed reality, and better serve the people’s health, is what this article will explore.
