采用焊剂片约束电弧焊对CCS-B船用钢进行了T形接头的焊接工艺试验研究,获得了面板与芯板熔透的T形接头,实现了单道焊三面成形的效果,并得到了焊接工艺参数的匹配范围。结果表明:焊接电压是影响面板与芯板间熔透的主要因素,焊接电流是影响侧板熔合的主要因素。焊缝和热影响区的硬度都高于母材的硬度。拉伸试样的断裂位置位于芯板处的母材上。接头的强度高于母材,接头力学性能良好。
The welding process of T-joint of CCS-B shipbuilding steel was studied by flux-sheet constrained arc welding. The T-shaped joint with the penetration of the panel and the core was obtained, and the effect of single-pass welding on three sides was achieved. Matching range of process parameters. The results show that the welding voltage is the main factor that affects the penetration between the panel and the core, and the welding current is the main factor affecting the fusion of the panel. The hardness of the weld and heat affected zone are higher than the hardness of the base metal. The location of the tensile specimen fracture is at the base metal at the core. Joint strength is higher than the base metal, joint mechanical properties are good.
