学困生是学校教育教学中不应被忽视的群体,与学困生相伴的心理特征应受到教师的关注,对学困生进行心理辅导是学校心理辅导的一个重要课题。学困生往往是由于非智力因素不良引起的,因此,我们应从激发学困生正确的学习动机、培养学习兴趣、养成良好的学习习惯、排除不良的情绪等方面,对其进行心理辅导,以帮助学困生更好地适应环境,将有限的学习能力合理地分配到适当的学习活动上,促进他们的身心健康发展。
Students with learning difficulties are the groups that should not be neglected in the school education and teaching. Psychological characteristics associated with students with learning difficulties should be paid attention to by their teachers. Psychological counseling for students with learning difficulties is an important issue in school psychological counseling. Students with learning difficulties are often caused by poor non-intelligence factors. Therefore, we should make psychological counseling in motivating them to learn the motivation, cultivate their interest in learning, develop good study habits and eliminate bad emotions. To help students with learning difficulties to better adapt to the environment, the limited learning ability is reasonably assigned to the appropriate learning activities to promote their physical and mental health development.
