通过对部分体育院校教师的年龄结构、学历结构、职称结构以及素质构成要素问卷调查的结果进行统计与分析 ,提出完善体育院校教师队伍建设的方法与建议。
Through the statistics and analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey on the age structure, educational structure, professional title structure and quality constitutional factors of some PE institute teachers, the author puts forward the methods and suggestions to improve the PE faculty construction.
