目的:研究黄芩、柴胡及其配伍提取物对心肌炎小鼠心肌组织CVB3mRNA复制及IFNmRNA表达的影响。方法:将Balb/c小鼠随机分为:柴胡组、黄芩组、配伍组,模型组和正常对照组。腹腔注射CVB3m病毒诱导Balb/c小鼠心肌炎模型,采用RT-PCR技术,检测各组小鼠给药后不同时间点心肌组织中CVB3m RNA的复制和IFNm RNA的表达情况。结果:3个给药组心肌组织中CVB3m-RNA的量明显低于模型对照组,其中黄芩组和配伍物组抗病毒作用明显;柴胡组和配伍组均可诱生干扰素,与模型组比较有显著差异。结论:黄芩提取物组具有明显抗病毒作用;柴胡在疾病早期具有明显抗病毒作用,且具有明显诱生干扰素的作用;配伍提取物组具有明显抗病毒和诱生干扰素作用,在疾病极期表现明显优势。
Objective: To study the effects of Radix Scutellariae, Radix Bupleuri and its compatibility extract on the replication of CVB3 mRNA and the mRNA expression of IFN-γ in myocardium of myocarditis in mice. Methods: Balb / c mice were randomly divided into Bupleurum root group, Radix Scutellariae group, compatibility group, model group and normal control group. The model of myocarditis in Balb / c mice was induced by intraperitoneal injection of CVB3m virus. The replication of CVB3mRNA and the expression of IFNm RNA in myocardium were detected by RT-PCR at different time points. Results: The amount of CVB3m-RNA in myocardial tissue of the three administration groups was significantly lower than that of the model control group, and the anti-virus effect of Scutellariae Radix and compatibility group was obvious. Interferon could be induced in Bupleurum and compatibility group, There are significant differences. Conclusion: Scutellariae Radix extract group has obvious antiviral effect; Bupleurum has obvious antiviral effect in the early stage of the disease, and has the effect of inducing interferon obviously; Compatibility extract group has obvious anti-virus and interferon-inducing effect, Extreme performance obvious advantages.
