细胞凋亡是指细胞在一定的生理或病理条件下,遵循一定的程序,最终通过内源性DNA内切酶的激活,自我结束生命的生理性死亡,是细胞依赖ATP能量、新基因表达和合成的一个主动过程。细胞凋亡与程序性细胞死亡(Programmed cell death,PCD)在概念上是有区别的。近年来对细胞凋亡的研究,发现细胞凋亡与许多疾病尤其是肿瘤有密切的关系。许多研究表明,在肿瘤发生发展中往往伴有抑凋亡基因的表达增强和(或)促凋亡基因的受抑。本文就凋亡相关基因与东南亚高发的恶性肿瘤—鼻咽癌方面的研究作一综述。

This review summarizes the studies on apoptosis-related genes and malignant tumors in Southeast Asia-nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
