DMBT1基因是位于染色体10q25.3～26.1区域的一个新的抑癌基因,该基因的突变失活与多种肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,本文就近年来国内外对该基因的研究进展作一综述。

DMBT1 is a novel tumor suppressor gene located on the chromosome 10q25.3 ~ 26.1 region. Mutation inactivation of this gene is closely related to the occurrence and development of many tumors. In this paper, the research progress of this gene in recent years is reviewed.
