电梯是高层建筑的垂直交通工具,大部分新装电梯为变压变频交流电梯。住宅电梯为2m/s以下的永磁同步曳引电梯时,因其回馈能量较少,所以采用通用交-直-交变频器进行变频调速。在安装调试和维修过程中,出现变频器未通电而损坏的情况。通过实验分析研究,找出了变频器损坏的原因,并对其主电路进行了改进,提高了通用变频器用于电梯调速的安全性。简单介绍了新型交-交变频器-矩阵式变换器及其在电梯领域应用趋势。
