用X射线光电子能谱(XP3)分别对铝铜合金的重铬酸钾钝化膜和8108钝化膜的组成进行了分析。结果表明,重铬酸钾钝化膜的主要成份是Al_2O_3,此外还有一定量的Cr_2O_3。证实了在重铬酸钾钝化膜中是有Cr_2O_3存在。在8108钝化膜中,除主要成份Al_2O_3外,还观察到有AlN和金属氮铬合物。此外,铝铜合金的这二种钝化膜中均未测到铜的信息,说明铜被覆盖在钝化膜之下。但含量较低的镁却富集在表层。
The composition of passivation films of potassium dichromate and 8108 passivation film of aluminum-copper alloy were analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XP3). The results show that the main component of potassium dichromate passivation film is Al 2 O 3, in addition to a certain amount of Cr 2 O 3. Confirmed in the potassium dichromate passivation film is the existence of Cr 2 O 3. In the passivation film 8108, in addition to the main component of Al 2 O 3, it is also observed that there are AlN and metal nitrogen compounds. In addition, no information of copper was found in the two passivation films of aluminum-copper alloy, indicating that copper was covered under the passivation film. But the lower magnesium is enriched in the surface.
