胃上部癌(PGC)是指癌中心位于胃近端1/3的恶性肿瘤,由于其特殊的解剖位置,临床症状出现较晚,生物学行为差,发现时很多病例已经处于临床晚期,且淋巴结转移率较高。本文拟采用术前Xelox(卡培他滨+奥沙利铂)方案化疗联合赫赛汀单抗靶向治疗老年Her-2过表达胃上部癌患者,以期寻找安全有效的治疗方案。1资料与方法1.1一般资料选本院2011年1月至2013年12月
