疟疾是世界最常见的寄生虫病之一,严重危害人类健康,影响社会经济发展。其中间日疟疾分布最广且易复发、难治愈。间日疟原虫对氯喹(Chloroquine/CQ)和其他药物的抗药性严重影响疟疾的有效防治,因此监测间日疟原虫抗药性的基因与表型变化至关重要。本文综述了近年来间日疟原虫抗药性基因的研究进展。
Malaria is one of the most common parasitic diseases in the world and seriously endangers human health and affects socio-economic development. The most widely distributed and easy to relapse relapse, difficult to cure. The resistance of Plasmodium vivax to chloroquine (CQ) and other drugs severely affects the effective control of malaria and therefore the monitoring of genes and phenotypic changes in Plasmodium vivax resistance is crucial. This review summarizes the progress of the Plasmodium vivax resistance genes in recent years.
