Autumn is red, the far-reaching new round of China’s reform surge. The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee held on November 9 will study and make overall arrangements for deepening the reform in an all-round way. In these days since the plenary meeting was held, the expectation of China’s future has ignited the enthusiasm of the whole society. The 3rd Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee is an important meeting during the critical period of China’s reform and opening up. The plenary session adopted a total of 60 “decisions” and more than 300 new measures. It can be said that the reform is carried out in every word and the intensity of written words should be carefully studied and comprehended.
