经省政府领导同意,全省散装水泥工作会议今天在这里召开了。这次会议的主要内容是认真学习、全面深入地贯彻落实省政府1999年第1号令。国家有关部门和省政府对这次会议十分重视,国家散装水泥办公室、省政府办公厅、省政府法制局、省财政厅有关负责同志亲自到会指导,对此,我谨代表省散装水泥领导小组表示热烈的欢迎,对在过去的工作中给予黑龙江省散装水泥事业的大力支持表示衷心的感谢。下面,我代表省散装水泥领导小组简要地讲三个问题:
With the consent of the provincial government leaders, the province’s bulk cement work conference was held here today. The main content of this conference is to study conscientiously and fully and thoroughly implement the provincial government’s Decree No. 1 of 1999.
