3月30日至31日,江苏省散装水泥工作会议在南京召开,省政府副秘书长刘国中、国家散办主任张广华专程到会讲话,省建材工业总公司总经理韩庆华指出,1998年全省发散工作又上了一个新台阶,在遇到诸多困难情况下,散装水泥供应量一举突破1000万吨,取得了较好成绩,今年的目标要更高,力争多完成一些。会上省散办主任薛继流与十三个省辖市、9个省属水泥厂
