本文在透射电镜下观察了层片状双相组织的微观结构,通过EDS和电子能量损失谱研究了Cr、C元素在双相钢中的分布。

In this paper, the microstructure of lamellar duplex microstructure was observed under transmission electron microscope. The distribution of Cr and C in duplex steel was studied by EDS and electron energy loss spectroscopy.
