高校开展群众路线教育实践活动是一项重要而紧迫的任务。构建高校群众路线教育实践活动常态化机制有助于高校群众路线教育实践活动取得更好的成效。但是,目前高校群众路线教育实践活动在常态化机制构建过程中还存在理论学习与实践教育脱节;学习教育制度与其他制度措施缺乏整体协调性;载体单一,缺乏创新的问题。需要构建组织领导机制,提高工作实效性;建立理论学习引导机制,深化服务学生的理念;完善管理模式,建立健全考核评估和激励约束机制;健全保障机制,创新活动方式。
Carrying out the mass line education practice in colleges and universities is an important and urgent task. Constructing the Normalization Mechanism of the Educational Practice in Mass Line of Colleges and Universities Can Help the Mass Mass Line Education Practice Achieve Better Achievements. However, there is still a disconnect between theoretical study and practical education in the process of constructing the normalization mechanism for the practice of mass line education in colleges and universities; the lack of overall coordination between the study and education system and other institutional measures; the single carrier and the lack of innovation. It is necessary to establish the organizational leadership mechanism to improve the effectiveness of the work; to establish a theoretical study guide mechanism to deepen the concept of serving students; to improve the management mode, establish and improve the assessment and incentive and restraint mechanisms; and improve the guarantee mechanism and innovative ways of activities.
