一、盖梁结构特征南浦大桥浦西主引桥工程,有钢筋混凝土上盖梁24根,标高为21.92~46.58m。每根盖梁有混凝土350~446m~3。盖梁设计造型为倒 T 形,长28.9m,中间断面为3.95×2.58+1.30×2.714m,二端高翘、双坡.呈游艇型。结构体系有:双墩开字形,门架形,跨度为12.0 21.1m;单墩盖梁,双悬臂;臂长是11.45~12.45m,为群锚后张预应力构件。各盖梁间的中心距离为37.5~40.7m,在施工过程中互无联系,是不稳定的单片门架或弧墩片梁结构体系。
I. Cap beam structure characteristics Nanpu Bridge Puxi main approach bridge project, there are 24 reinforced concrete beam cover, elevation of 21.92 ~ 46.58m. Each cover beam has 350 to 446m~3 concrete. The cover beam design is inverted T-shaped, 28.9m long, and the middle section is 3.95×2.58+1.30×2.714m. The two-end high warp and double slope are yacht-type. The structural system consists of double piers, girders, spans of 12.0 21.1m, single pier cover beams and double cantilever, and arm lengths of 11.45-12.45m, which are post-tensioned prestressing members for group anchors. The distance between the center of each cover beam is 37.5-40.7m. There is no connection between the cover beams in the construction process. It is an unstable monolithic gantry or arch pier beam structure system.
