引言在光纤传输系统中,连接器是一种必不可少的元件,而在不需经常折卸的部位,用固定连接来取代活动连接,则更加经济、稳定、可靠。目前用于光纤通信系统中的固定连接,主要有二类:熔焊连接和粘接连接(用匹配胶或匹配液,加外保护)。美国贝尔实验室曾于1976年利用硅片经蚀刻加工V型槽,用矩阵排列连接光纤,平均连接损耗在0.16~0.32dB之间。日本已有采用V型槽结构加匹配液的商品化单根光纤简易连接器。据产品说明书介绍,连接损耗可达0.1dB。
Introduction Optical fiber transmission systems, the connector is an essential element, and in the place without frequent disassembly, with fixed connections to replace the active connection, the more economical, stable and reliable. There are two main types of fixed connections currently used in optical fiber communication systems: fusion bonding and adhesive bonding (with matching glue or matching liquid plus external protection). Bell Labs in the United States in 1976, the use of silicon wafers processed by etching the V-groove, arranged in a matrix connected with optical fiber, the average connection loss between 0.16 ~ 0.32dB. Japan has been using V-groove structure plus matching liquid single fiber simple connector. According to product manual introduction, connection loss up to 0.1dB.
