【Objective】 The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of temperature domestication on the thermal adaptability of Brachymystax lenok tsinlingensis and the behavioral responses of this species to heat stress. 【Method】 The experimental fish were acclimated for 28 days at 6, 12, and 18 ℃. Subsequently, the water temperature of the experimental fish exposed to water warming, jumping and escaping, frequently escaping and losing balance during the temperature rise of 0.3 ℃ · min-1 Response characteristic temperature value. 【Result】 The results show that the temperature values of surface respiration, first escape, frequent escape, last escape, imbalance and so on all increase with the acclimation temperature, and the behavior escape zone is negatively correlated with the stress tolerance zone. 【Conclusion】 The juvenile Qinling salamander was sensitive to the change of water temperature and showed a third-order behavioral response pattern under the condition of increasing temperature stress. Acclimation of temperature significantly affected the escaping response characteristics of experimental fish under heat stress and its response strategy.
