我厂采用氮氧共渗工艺提高切削刀具的寿命,已收到了显著效果。刀具氮化后,由于提高了表面硬度,因而提高了它的抗磨性。刀具经蒸汽氧化处理,由于表面氧化物的保护作用,能减少磨损,并防止刀具和被加工材料的粘着,因而提高了耐用性。综合氮化和氧化两种特点的氮氧共渗,它与软氮化、离子氮化相比,具有设备简单、原料来源广、成本低、操作方便等优点。用25~28% NH_3氨水溶液形成氨与蒸汽的气氛,处理铰刀、拉刀和铣刀都能得到满意的结果,使用寿命可提高几倍到十几倍,并明显地改善了防腐蚀性能。1.设备我厂用现有的 JT-25型井式气体渗碳炉进行改装:(1)滴注系统用不锈钢滴管外加水冷却;(2)风扇轴采用了活塞环和加水
I plant using nitriding technology to improve the life of cutting tools, has received significant results. Nitriding the tool increases its abrasion resistance due to increased surface hardness. The steam-oxidation of the tool, due to the protective effect of the surface oxides, reduces wear and prevents sticking of the tool to the material being processed, thereby increasing durability. Combined nitriding and oxidation of two characteristics of the nitriding, it is compared with the soft nitriding, ion nitriding, with simple equipment, wide source of raw materials, low cost, easy operation and so on. Ammonia and steam atmosphere are formed with 25-28% NH3 ammonia solution. Satisfying results can be obtained when reamer, broach and milling cutter are handled, the service life can be increased several times to ten times, and the anti-corrosion performance is obviously improved . 1. Equipment I plant with the existing JT-25 type gas carburizing furnace for modification: (1) drip system with stainless steel drop pipe plus water cooling; (2) fan shaft with a piston ring and add water
