为研究ZY6000/25/50型两柱掩护式液压支架主体结构件的应力分布状况,采用UG软件进行有限元分析。在UG软件中完成主体结构各组件的三维模型后,选用顶梁偏载、底座扭转的试验条件,按照相关要求将顶梁装配至2 800 mm处,并添加载荷后得到主体结构件的加载模型。在CAE模块中对主体结构件进行材料属性、物理属性、网格、约束、接触、载荷等一系列参数设置,进行有限元求解后获得主体结构件在选定试验条件下的应力分布状况。结果表明在顶梁偏载、底座扭转的试验条件下,底座肋板和过桥处应力较大,会出现局部塑性变形,而其他部件的应力均处于弹性变形范围内。
In order to study the stress distribution of the main structure of ZY6000 / 25/50 two-column shield hydraulic support, the UG software was used to carry out the finite element analysis. After the three-dimensional model of each component of the main structure was completed in UG software, the test conditions of partial load of top beam and torsion of base were selected, the top beam was assembled to 2 800 mm according to relevant requirements, and the load model of main structure was obtained after loading . In the CAE module, a series of parameters such as material properties, physical properties, grids, constraints, contacts, loads and so on are set on the structure of the main body, and the stress distribution of the main structure under the selected test conditions is obtained after the finite element method is solved. The results show that under the test conditions of partial load and torsion of the roof, the stress in the base plate and the bridge is large, local plastic deformation occurs, while the stress of other components are in the range of elastic deformation.
