近年来,我院工会工作在省卫生工会的正确领导下,始终坚持把学习贯彻党的十八大和全总十六大等一系列会议精神作为重要政治任务来抓,牢牢把握时代主题,积极弘扬社会主旋律,组织和动员广大职工投身医院建设改革实践,着力在打牢基础强素质、激发活力促和谐、顾全大局讲奉献、主动作为保权益上下功夫,工会建设水平逐年提高,桥梁纽带作用不断增强,依法维权更加具体实在,职工自豪感、幸福感得到充分展现。
