伴随我国社会主义市场经济的快速发展,企业也在这样的环境下取得了前所未有的发展,同时也面临着各种各样的挑战,市场竞争成为企业生存与发展的关键,如何在市场竞争中占有优势地位,做好企业管理至关重要。目前企业对于企业管理方面还是比较重视的,不断借鉴比较先进的管理模式及方法,但是对企业思政工作却并不重视,甚至被忽略掉,这就为企业管理带来了困难。因此,把握好企业思政工作与企业管理的关联性就显得格外重要,本文主要对二者之间的关联性加以分析,为企业的发展提供了一些建议。
