目的通过对副溶血性弧菌的血清分群和耐药性检测,了解湖州市副溶血性弧菌血清分型及耐药状况,预防副溶血性弧菌食源性疾病发生,为指导临床合理用药提供依据。方法对2013-2015年湖州市食物中毒及监测水产品中分离的副溶血弧菌用VITEK2全自动微生物分析系统进行耐药性鉴定,血清学检测采用玻片凝集法。结果 206株副溶血弧菌中共检出7个血清群,25个血清型,其中食物中毒分离株以O3:K6为主,占64.3%,水产品分离株血清型分布范围散在。对氨苄西林和阿莫西林的耐药率极高,均达95%以上,头孢唑啉的耐药率分别达66.7%和55.5%,对亚胺培南、氨曲南、左氧氟沙星、萘啶酸、呋喃妥因、环丙沙星、妥布霉素、复方新诺明、氯霉素完全敏感。结论湖州市水产品分离的副溶血性弧菌血清分群多样化,存在一定程度的耐药情况。
Objective To detect the serogroups and drug resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, to understand the serotyping and drug resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Huzhou and to prevent the occurrence of Vibrio parahaemolyticus foodborne diseases, and to guide clinical rational drug use Provide evidence. Methods The drug resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from food poisoning and aquatic products monitoring in Huzhou City during 2013-2020 was identified by VITEK2 automatic microbiological analysis system. The serological test was performed by slide agglutination method. Results Among 206 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, 7 serogroups and 25 serogroups were detected, of which O3: K6 was the main food poisoning strain, accounting for 64.3%. The serotype distribution of aquatic isolates was scattered. The resistance rate to ampicillin and amoxicillin was extremely high, reaching over 95%, and the resistant rate of cefazolin was 66.7% and 55.5% respectively. The resistance rates to imipenem, aztreonam, levofloxacin, nalidixic acid , Nitrofurantoin, ciprofloxacin, tobramycin, cotrimoxazole, chloramphenicol completely sensitive. Conclusion The serum of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from aquatic products in Huzhou City is divided into groups and has some degree of resistance.
