本文报道了一种简便、快速的填充毛细管电色谱柱制备技术，合成了SE-30 涂覆 ODS的新型填料。发现这种填料既可以适合做填充毛细管电色谱柱的柱塞，又可以作为一种固定相。考察了极性与非极性化合物在这种固定相上的色谱行为。固定相非常稳定，在pH 值为11.7 的碱性流动相条件下可连续进样380次。
In this paper, a simple and rapid method for the preparation of capillaries packed with capillaries was reported, and a new type of filler for SE-30 coated ODS was synthesized. This packing was found to be suitable as a plug for capillary column packing and as a stationary phase. The chromatographic behavior of polar and non-polar compounds on this stationary phase was investigated. The stationary phase is very stable and can be continuously injected 380 times under the basic mobile phase of pH 11.7.
