本文介绍了三所体校少儿启蒙即进行弧圈球技术学习与弧圈球打法定向培养的方法及过程。实践证明,这种从启蒙即进行弧圈球技术和快攻技术的结合和弧圈球打法定向培养的方法是可行的。其好处是,弧圈球技术动作掌握早,拉打动作结合好,消耗时间少,比赛中见效快。比赛中上手抢攻意识强,积极主动风格更加突出,稳健性较高,节奏变化较多,拉打技术应用自如,快攻与弧圈,弧圈与快攻结合紧密。

This article describes the method and process of three schools of children enlightenment that arc circle ball technology learning and arc circle ball play oriented training.
