高校人事档案工作是高校人事工作的重要组成部分,随着人事制度改革在高等院校全面推行,对高校人事档案管理也提出了更高的要求。目前,各高校都对人事档案进行了全面的审理、重整,人事档案工作取得了一定成绩,但仍存在不足之处,要使干部人事档案实现规范化、科学化、制度化管理,以适应新形势下的人事人才管理工作的需要,还须进一步努力。
