中国最强最大、国际一流的船舶集团——中国船舶重工集团拉开新一轮改革大幕。10月13日,中船重工集团旗下的中国船舶重工股份有限公司正式公告,将采取“新设”方式组建4家控股公司,对旗下16家科技产业公司进行重组整合。根据公告,中国重工此次拟重组整合的16家科技产业公司中,10家为全资子公司,6家为直接或间接控股公司。这意味着中国重工的大股东,同时也是中国最强最大、国际一流的船舶集团—中国船舶重工集团(中船重工)正式拉开了军企改革的序幕。
China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, the strongest and largest international shipbuilding group in China, has started a new round of reform. On October 13, China Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CSIC, formally announced that it will adopt the “new establishment” approach to form four holding companies to reorganize and integrate its 16 technology industry companies. According to the announcement, of the 16 technology industry companies that China National Heavy Industry intends to reorganize and integrate, 10 are wholly-owned subsidiaries and 6 are direct or indirect holding companies. This means that the major shareholder of China National Heavy Industries and China’s largest and most advanced shipbuilding group, China Shipbuilding Heavy Industries (CSIC), officially kicked off the military reform.
