为丰富档案馆馆藏,加强档案资源体系建设,拓展档案工作服务民生的领域和方式,日前,山西省太原市档案馆接收太原市医疗保险管理中心3565卷纸质档案及全文数字化的电子档案。这是太原市档案馆首次接收进馆全文数字化医保档案,档案内容包括单位职工参加医疗、工伤、生育保险档案,居民参保档案,医疗缴费稽核档案及待遇领取档案等。
In order to enrich the collection of archives, strengthen the construction of archives resource system and expand the fields and ways of archives service for people’s livelihood, a few days ago, the archives of Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province received 3565 rolls of paper archives and full-text digitized electronic archives of Taiyuan Medical Insurance Management Center. This is the first time that the archives of Taiyuan City has received the full-text digitized medical insurance files in the museum. The archives include units participating in the medical, work-related injury, maternity insurance files, resident insured archives, medical payment auditing archives and treatment receipt files.
