本文研究了应用三波长分光光度法不经分离提取测定复嘧啶(SMD)片中低含量甲氧苄氨嘧啶(TMP)的方法。采用手动751G分光光度计读取吸收值,输入微处理机并执行UVTWS程序,用计算机选择三波长组合,使用TI-59可编程序计算器处理实验数据。取本品20片,研细,称取1/8片粉,加入乙醇10ml,摇匀并在低于70°的水浴中温热,以0.1N氢氧化钠液稀释至250ml,干过滤,滤液20ml用0.1N氢氧化钠液稀释至100ml测定TMP;以上
In this paper, a method for the determination of trimethoprim (TMP) in pyrimethamine (SMD) tablets by three-wavelength spectrophotometry was studied. Using a manual 751G spectrophotometer to read the absorbance, enter the microprocessor and execute the UVTWS program, select a three-wavelength combination with a computer, and use the TI-59 programmable calculator to process the experimental data.
