“两岸经济合作框架协议”(ECFA)签订以后,两岸经贸关系发展将呈现出新的趋势,同时两岸企业也将面临前所未有的机遇。两岸在产业互补、新兴产业合作等方面有着巨大空间。为此,台湾应抓住大陆巨大的市场和劳动力资源等优势,积极投资布局大陆;大陆方面也应充分利用台湾先进的技术经验,推进产业升级,共同推动两岸经贸大发展。
After the signing of the Framework Agreement on Economic Cooperation across the Straits (ECFA), the development of cross-Strait economic and trade relations will show a new trend and enterprises across the Strait will also face unprecedented opportunities. The two sides of the strait have huge space in industries complementing each other and in emerging industries. To this end, Taiwan should seize the huge market and labor resources of the mainland and other advantages, and actively invest in the layout of the Mainland; mainland China should also make full use of Taiwan’s advanced technical experience to promote industrial upgrading and jointly promote the development of cross-Strait economy.
