目前对GDP数据的关注,导致国内外出现了大量对未观测经济的研究。本文从联合国国民经济核算体系(2008)的角度出发,依据中国国情,从理论上对中国未观测经济的基本概念和核算范围进行了界定,并在此基础上设计了中国未观测经济各部分核算方法,利用账户、矩阵等国民经济核算工具构建未观测经济核算账户,实现了未观测经济与中国国民经济核算体系的对接。
The current focus on GDP data has led to a large number of studies on unobserved economies both at home and abroad. Based on China’s national conditions, this paper defines the basic concepts and scope of China’s unobserved economy from the perspective of the United Nations System of National Accounts (2008), and on this basis, designs the accounting of all parts of China’s unobserved economy Methods, using accounts, matrix and other national economic accounting tools to build unobserved economic accounts, to achieve the unobservable economy and China National Accounts docking system.
