目的:探讨儿童特发性血小板减少性紫癜临床诊断、处理策略及疗效。方法:回顾分析我院共收治的20例特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿,给予联合治疗及对症治疗。结果:所有20例患儿中有17例完全缓解,临床出血症状完全消失;2例症状部分缓解,在住院观察过程中没有出现病情进展;1例治疗无效。结论:糖皮质激素与丙种球蛋白联合对治疗ITP疗效显著,在治疗中根据患儿不同情况采取相应的治疗策略。
Objective: To investigate the clinical diagnosis, treatment strategy and therapeutic effect of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura in children. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 20 cases of children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura admitted to our hospital were given combination therapy and symptomatic treatment. Results: Twenty-seven of the 20 children were completely relieved and the symptoms of clinical bleeding completely disappeared. Two of the symptoms were partially relieved. There was no progression of the disease during hospitalization. One patient was ineffective. Conclusion: The combination therapy of glucocorticoid and gamma globulin has a significant effect on the treatment of ITP. Corresponding treatment strategies should be taken according to the different situations in children.
