企业的竞争说到底还是人才的竞争。相对于国有企业、外资企业来说,个体私营企业吸引人才的硬件较为薄弱,但是私营有着灵活的机制,如何通过创新的人力资源管理来满足人才的要求、发展壮大企业成为所有个体私营业主的重要问题。个体私营企业自身的特点决定了经营上极大的不确定性,一般而言在其成长过程中主要面临以下几种风险:
