近年来,随着我国国民经济水平不断提高,人们对生活质量也越来越重视,因此越来越多的人拥有属于自己的私家车。因此我国需要加强对现代汽车修理人员培养的重视,培养更多汽车维修行业的高技能人才。根据目前中国汽车修理人才培养现状,指出了现代汽车维修人才所存在的问题并且提出了解决这些问题的相关措施。
In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the national economy of our country, people are paying more and more attention to the quality of life. Therefore, more and more people own their own private cars. Therefore, our country needs to strengthen the emphasis on the training of modern automobile repair personnel and train more highly skilled personnel in the automobile maintenance industry. According to the present situation of car repair talents training in China, the problems existing in modern automobile maintenance personnel are pointed out and relevant measures are put forward to solve these problems.
