第2届中环杯8月13日在台中Landis酒店举行开幕式,并进入了一周的赛事。第2届中环杯中国棋手依然没有参赛,这样韩国、日本和中国台北棋手在一周时间里决出冠军。本届中环杯本赛十六强阵容包括韩国棋手含上届冠军补永训共5名,日本棋手4名,中国台北棋手含上届亚军共7名。韩国参赛棋手有:朴永训九段、李昌镐九段、李世(?)九段、崔哲瀚九段以及首届电子园杯冠军金成龙九段。日本棋手有:小棋圣三连霸的依田纪基九段、棋圣(?)保有者羽根直树九段、天元头衔的山下敬吾九段以及十段头衔的赵治勋九段。代表台北队参加的棋手共有7名:上届亚军王立诚九段、张栩九段、王铭琬九段、周俊勋九段、林至涵七段、陈诗渊三段。
The 2nd Central China Cup held its opening ceremony at the Landis Hotel in Taichung on August 13 and entered the week-long event. The 2nd Central China Cup Chinese players are still not participating, so South Korea, Japan and Chinese Taipei players in a week to decide the winner. The current Central 16 Cup team lineup includes Korean chess players with the previous champions Yongxian total of 5, 4 Japanese players, Chinese Taipei chess player with a total of 7 runner-up. South Korea participating players are: Park Yong-kwan Kau, Lee Chang-ho Kau segment, Li Shi (?) Kau, Cui Zhehan Kau segment and the first e-Park Cup champion Jackie Chan nine paragraphs. Japanese chess players include: Yoshida Kikuchi, a member of the third-in-command of chess, Kyushu Naoki, owner of Chess Sanctuary (?), Jiu-Jitsu Yamashita under the title of Tianyuan, and Jiu-Hsun Chiu of ten titles. On behalf of the Taipei team to participate in a total of seven players: the last runner Wang Lizhen Kudus, Zhang Xu Kudan, Wang Mingxuan Jiudui, Zhou Junxun Kau, Lin Zhihan seven paragraphs, Chen Shiyuan three sections.
