近年来,湖北省襄樊市樊东区财政局在抓好国有企业收入的同时,充分利用交通便利,人口流动大的地理优势,在工商、税务、城建等有关部门的密切配合下,大力发展以商品流通为主体的第三产业,取得了明显效果。目前各种第三产业实体已发展到3958个,从业人数3万多人,1992年来自第三产业的财政收入达到1809万元,占当年财政收入的84%。这个效果的取得,虽是多种积极因素促成的,但和樊东财政部门更新观念,积极引导也是分不开的。
