教育心理学认为:当个人在集体中恰如其分地成功扮演某种角色时,可以同时产生两方面的良好心理功能,一个是社会功能,一个是个体功能。因此,班主任要最大限度地调动并发挥全体学生的积极性,让他们从各自不同的角度为实现集体目标作出贡献,关键在于引导并帮助每一个学生在集体中找到一个既符合集体期望,又让他们自己感到满意的位置,当好满意的角色。进而使他们在为集体作出贡献的同时,达到个人期望的合理满足。
