本文围绕“学习适应性”问题，从教育的某些观念和现象入手，对北京市朝阳区中小学教育衔接现状进行了调查：随着初中入学制度的改革，当前中小学教育衔接状况的主流是好的，但是，教育衔接的目标及操作水平在许多方面还存在着差异，与社会、经济以及人的可持续发展的要求存在一定距离。建议进一步转变教育观念，为学生的终生发展打好基础；兼顾学生的基础与发展，围绕“学习活动”改进教材、教法的研究，向中小学纵深延展；加强教学过程评价，制定可操作的指标，提供有助于改进教与学的充足信息。
This article focuses on the issue of “learning adaptability”, starts with some concepts and phenomena of education, and investigates the present situation of primary and secondary education in Chaoyang District, Beijing. With the reform of junior high school education system, Well, however, there are still many differences in the goals and levels of operation of education convergence, and there is a certain distance from the requirements of society, economy and people's sustainable development. It is suggested to further change the concept of education so as to lay a solid foundation for the students' life-long development; to give consideration to the foundation and development of students; to improve the study of teaching materials and teaching methods based on “learning activities”; to extend their teaching to primary and secondary schools; Indicators to provide sufficient information to help improve teaching and learning.
