自1954年La Due等报告在心肌梗死病者发现血清转氨酶活性上升以后,又相继应用于诊断肝脏、胰腺等疾病,于是渐被广泛注意。转氨酶(包括谷丙转氨酶,谷草转氨酶)主要是存在于心肌、肝脏、骨骼肌以及其他组织内。当这些组织发生病变时,血清转氨酶活性即见上升,有的是由于从组织到血清的酶释放率增加,如肝脏发生变性、坏死或心肌梗死等;有的是由于酶的排洩量减少,如阻塞性黄疸等。血清转氨酶活性测定,对下列几种疾病的临床应
