近几年来,蛟河市农村劳务经济的发展速度在逐年加快,规模也在逐年扩大。但是,在发展过程中还存在一些制约因素和不容忽视的问题,主要是:多数农民思想观念落后,劳动力的整体素质不高,保障机制不健全,组织化程度低。这些问题,在全省各地也是普遍存在的。这不仅直接有碍于农村劳务经济的发展,而且也不利于实现农村劳动力的战略性转移,从根本上增加农民收入,加快农村全面小康建设的步伐。因此,需要采取有力措施,认真加以解决。
In recent years, Jiaohe City, rural labor economy, the speed of development is accelerating year by year, the scale is also expanding year by year. However, there are still some constraints and issues that can not be ignored in the development process. The main problems are: most peasants lag behind their ideological concepts, the overall quality of the workforce is not high, the guarantee mechanism is not perfect, and the degree of organization is low. These problems are common throughout the province. This not only directly hindered the development of rural labor economy, but also not conducive to the strategic transfer of rural labor force, which fundamentally increased peasants' income and accelerated the pace of building an overall well-to-do society in rural areas. Therefore, effective measures need to be taken seriously.
