[背景]探讨宫腔镜诊断与治疗子宫内膜息肉合并不孕症的临床效果.[病例报告]回顾性分析子宫内膜息肉合并不孕症患者140例的临床资料,所有患者均给施行宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切(TCRP)或夹取术,随访妊娠情况,1年内妊娠率为60.7%(85/140).[讨论]宫腔镜检查及TCRP是治疗子宫内膜息肉合并不孕症的理想方法,手术安全可行.
[Background] To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of endometrial polyps with infertility. [Case Report] The clinical data of 140 cases with endometrial polyps and infertility were retrospectively analyzed. Endoscopic endoscopic polypectomy (TCRP) or clipping surgery, follow-up of pregnancy, pregnancy within 1 year was 60.7% (85/140). [Discussion] Hysteroscopy and TCRP is the treatment of endometrial polyps The ideal method of infertility, surgical safe and feasible.
