[目的]探讨发酵轮叶党参正丁醇萃取物对细胞间隙连接通讯(GJIC)的影响.[方法]利用划痕染料示踪技术,在荧光倒置显微镜下观察细胞传递的距离,探讨发酵轮叶党参正丁醇萃取物对大鼠乳鼠肝细胞GJIC功能的影响.[结果]TPA组染料扩散距离明显低于正常对照组及4个不同质量浓度给药组(P<0.01);与正常对照组比较,400mg/L与250mg/L给药组染料扩散距离差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).[结论]发酵轮叶党参正丁醇萃取物对GJIC功能有促进作用.
[Objective] The research aimed to investigate the influence of fermentation of Codonopsis pilosula n-Butyl alcohol extract on GJIC. [Methods] The distance of cell transmission was observed under a fluorescent inverted microscope by using the scratch dye tracing technique, Effects of Codonopsis pilosula n-Butyl alcohol extract on GJIC function in rat hepatocytes of neonatal rat. [Results] The dye diffusion distance in TPA group was significantly lower than that in normal control group and four different concentration groups (P <0.01) (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The extract of Codonopsis pilosula n-butanol can promote the function of GJIC in 400 mg / L and 250 mg / L groups.
