八十年代末,海安县实验小学在县教科室的具体指导下,开始关注儿童生理素质的发展,大胆提出了“教育节奏”这一新概念,确定了“调整活动节奏,改善教育交往”这个既有理论价值又有较强针对性的教改课题。经过五年多的实践,学生素质得到了全面和谐的发展,在理论研究方面也有了一些突破。有关专家高度评价说;“此实验理论立意高,探索视角新,实验起点早,已深入到人的素质发展的内在机制上,达到了预期效果,为素质教育理论和实践探索提供了较大的思维空间,为江苏小学教育实验提供了一个很好的样板。”可以这样说,海安实小的这项实验的意义已远远超出了实验本身。 为了便于广大教育工作者更好地了解、学习他们的经验,我们刊发了这篇实验研究文章。
