应用免疫组织化学方法和胶质银染色技术同时对20例大肠腺癌,20例腺瘤组织中增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达以及核仁组成区嗜银蛋白(AgNOR)颗粒计数进行了检测。结果显示:大肠癌及腺瘤中的PCNA阳性率分别为75%和35%(P<0.05),大肠癌细胞核内的AgNOR颗粒均值(6.71±0.59)也明显高于腺瘤的颗粒均值(3.25±0.23)(P<0.01)。说明PCNA的增殖程度与AgNOR计数有密切的相关性,同时反映了细胞的增殖活性。因此二者联合检测,可用作早期诊断大肠癌有价值的参考指标。
Immunohistochemistry and colloidal silver staining techniques were used to detect the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in 20 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma and 20 cases of adenoma tissue, as well as the AgNOR particle count in the nucleolar compartment. The results showed that the positive rates of PCNA in colorectal cancer and adenoma were 75% and 35% (P<0.05), and the mean value of AgNOR particles in colorectal cancer cell nuclei (6.71±0.59) was also significantly higher than that of the gland. The mean particle size of the tumor (3.25±0.23) (P<0.01). It shows that the degree of proliferation of PCNA is closely related to the AgNOR count, and it also reflects the proliferation activity of cells. Therefore, the combination of the two can be used as a valuable reference indicator for early diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
