对52例胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人进行根治手术前后血清SIL-2R水平表达的动态研究,并与42例健康人对照比较结果显示:(1)胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人术前血清SIL-2R水平为(47885±14188)U/mL,健康人对照组为(25643±5929)U/mL,胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人术前血清SIL-2R水平明显高于健康对照组(P<001);(2)根治术后10d测定患者血清SIL-2R水平为(23182±13989)U/mL,与手术前相比较,明显降低(P<001)结论:胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人机体细胞免疫功能在荷瘤状态时低下,出现免疫抑制物SIL-2R水平明显增高的异常现象;根治手术切除肿瘤及转移淋巴结后,SIL-2R水平明显降低提示:动态检测SIL-2R水平是胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人病情监测、疗效判断的一项参考指标
The dynamic study of serum SIL-2R levels in 52 patients with gastrointestinal cancer before and after radical surgery was compared with 42 healthy controls.
