为了解我市食品卫生质量,找出影响食品卫生的主要原因,提高食品卫生合格率,现将11个县、市、区和市直1986~1996年食品卫生监测情况分析如下:1 材料与方法根据辖区内11个县、市、区和市直1986~1996年食品卫生监督监测统计报表,将各类食品进行分类统计,分别按有关国家标准进行判断与评价.2 结果2.1 历年对14类食品共检测61050件,合格52608件,平均合格率为86.17%.合格率最高的是水产品(94.20%),其次是蒸馏酒及配制酒和豆制品,均为93.63%.合格率最低的是肉及肉制品和酱油,见表
